Send our team an email to describe the problem as best you can. Send over as much detail as possible, or even a screenshot or video if possible.
We check it
We’ll take a look at your site and let know what we think the the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it. The vast majority of issues can be fixed for our basic charge of £49 ex VAT.
We fix it
If you’re happy with our assessment just send over your website logins and we’ll get the issue fixed right away for you.

That’s ok! If you don’t think you can explain what has gone wrong, try taking a picture or video on your phone and sharing that with us. Otherwise, if you can share the site logins with us we’ll have a look ourselves.

- Website hosting login details (in case the website goes down and we cant access wordpress)
We’ll let you know how quickly we can get things sorted as soon as we’ve taken a look at the issue. Most issues can be fixed in 1-2 hours.
If you don’t know the login information for your website, you’ll need to ask the person who made the website for them. They should be happy to share this information with you.
